Lumary Smart RGB Gimbal Light Max

These are really unique for use as accent lighting. I am installing them in a guest bathroom and the color changing and the fact that they work with Alexis and other apps is really a great addition to the functions. I'm sure we'll enjoy these for years.

We just had these lights installed in our master bedroom. They seemed to be fairly easy to install and they were completely done in under an hour. These lights are very bright and look amazing. I love that they are smart lights and connected to our Alexa and an app. It is so easy to tell Alexa what color to turn them and when to turn on or off. We really like these!

I love that these lights come with a remote so in case you want to change the lighting, and your phone is in the other room charging perhaps, you don't need to run to your phone to make adjustments in your lighting. Of course the app is a little more versatile (especially when it comes to picking from the wide color gamut it produces), but you can also use Alexa to run them. That's a lot of options!

Installation is as easy as any other light of this type, and they even include a template if you don't have a hole saw big enough to use (I just happen to have a 6" hole saw that works perfectly). The quality is good all around, from the build quality of the light, to beautiful light they produce. And get this, they use only 13 watts of power each! Not only that, but the white is actually white, and has as wide a range almost as the RGB, going from 2700k to 6500k!

The only place you can't install these is someplace that requires fire-rated lighting fixtures, as these are not fire-rated.

Overall, I'm a huge fan of these lights. They're bright, have a bevy of control options, and use a marginal amount of power. 5 stars all the way!

This downlight seems very well made. The wifi controller box built into the cable outside of the metal box is a nice touch that should improve reception. Because Lumary uses the Tuya cloud platform, I'm hoping to integrate control of this light with my Home Assistant smart home setup via tuya-local.

I am currently adding an extension to my patio that is built over my garage under the house, this will extend it around 10 feet onto the driveway. These lights will be installed under the patio deck and will light up the driveway and front of the garage, which is where we hang out mostly with the neighbors.

I set them up temporarily with a plug and they are even brighter than my existing Lumary recessed lighting, I love the quality of the product and they will group nicely with all my existing lights. Looking forward to seeing them in place soon.
