This light is powerful with all the conveniences of smart phone controlled app or a remote. You can control temperature of light, brightness, and can be on a scheduled timer. I needed a bright light with excellent wash through because we couldnt see well when replacing filters on our HVAC in our attic. Attic space is about 60 feet deep to about 15 feet wide. So I unscrewed our regular bulb and screwed a converter outlet. That light is connected to a light switch in the attic.

Built: Feels solid, heavy metal, great spread of LED lights.

Prep: Easy to put together. 1. Remove a small black plate (with a +) in the center of the metal housing. 2. Remove a white cover in the middle that protects the pins on the module. 3. Screw the module in metal housing. 4. Plug in - it will start breathing, Lumary App will recognize the new device to install. 5. As its installing in the App, I pressed the PAIR button on the control and it helped pair the remote to bay light. 6. Enjoy your light whether its directly to an outlet thats connected to a switch or remote or app. Im very pleased with the light.

This light is fantastic as long as you keep in mind that it is designed for high ceilings. The beam pattern on this light is somewhat narrow (90 degree), so it needs to be mounted up high so the light spreads out. I have 15ft ceilings in my garage and it works great for the area that I need illuminated, but if you mount it to say a 10ft ceiling, you might be disappointed. Other than that, it��s bright, the remote works great, pairing was easy once you download the app, and it��s easy to control. (Pay attention when installing the remote module on the light itself. There is a little white plastic piece that is protecting the pins on the module that you need to remove before you screw the unit in to the light.)

I had no idea that a LED light could be so bright. The Lumary High Bay light can get so bright you can't look into it. It's blinding. I tried it in my backyard and am really amazed just how much space it can light. The mobile app is nice as well. You can brighten or dim, change the color of white light and set a timer. The size is great and it's easy to hang. It has a lot of things it could be used for.
