Lumary RGBAI Gimbal Smart Recessed Lighting 4 Inch Pro, 9w 780LM

I recently ordered these gimbal led light and was having the issue other reported where the light will flash after powering off at the switch and reset. After extensive troubleshooting with the vendor (great service and support!) they send me a replacement junction box and the issue was fixed. I had replaced my blinking light several times, moved the blinking light to another junction box where the issue did not occur and confirmed the issue was the junction box.

The gimbal element of these lights is a beautiful feature and quite gorgeous after adjusting the lights to what you're looking for to set the vibe. You're able to point them essentially wherever you want the light to hit similar to a spotlight.

The app is what really sets these lights apart, just about any color under the sun is there at your fingertips and the night time mode makes for great ambiance lighting.

These lights are awesome! They are super easy to install, connect to the app without issue, and provide nice whites while also allowing for color. Because the lights themselves are smart, dimming switches do not play well with them in my experience. You must be prepared to either use the app or voice controls if you intend anything other than on and off with these lights. Overall, I think they are a great valued alternative to some of the name branded alternatives and time will tell how long they last. Overall I give them a 5/5 but will update this review if anything crazy comes up in the future!

The pro version of the gimbal recessed lights are absolutely impeccable. They're extremely high quality, easy to adjust and install and overall the lumary app sets everything apart if you decide to go with a specific brand for all of your home lighting. Not a fan of putting it into a specific companies app? You can easily adopt these into a Tuya as long as you adopt them into that first instead of adopting them into the Lumary application. Beyond that, the best way I can put it is that these are some of the best lights on the market in terms of features and function and I'm continually impressed by the quality of fixtures that they put out.
