Lumary Smart RGBAI Can Light with Gradient Accent Night Light

I ordered these as part of a lighting upgrade for my kitchen. As retrofit lights, I wasn't familiar with the mounting mechanism, and so wasn't able to get them to mount in the existing holes as expected, though I think that this was due to the fact that I was replacing recessed lights that were 20 years old. Pairing these to my WiFi was straightforward and with the app it was possible to control both the main light as well as the ring light in different color combinations. Overall, I think that these are nice lights, I did not end up keeping them because I couldn't get them to mount in my recessed lighting holes correctly. I think that they are expensive compared to some other options in the market, but your mileage may vary.

I've used a few Lumary lighting products before and have continually been impressed with how they are at the leading edge of smart lighting. The design of these made retrofitting into my existing 4" recessed lighting a snap. It literally took maybe 2 minutes per light as my receptacles already had the E25 base in them, so it was as easy as changing a lightbulb. Even without that, Lumary has you covered with everything you need to make a direct, wire-to-wire connection.

The app is really well done, though the reason I like the Lumary products is they integrate instantly with Smart Home controllers like Amazon Alexa and Tuya. This makes adding the lights to home scenes and voice and other controllers very straightforward.

This is an awesome ceiling light. It's very low power and bright. I did a simple swap for a quick installation and had no issues finding and connecting the light neither did Alexa.
The lighting modes and effects are cool.
