Lumary Smart RGBAI Recessed Light | 4-in-1 Lighting | Multiple Scenes

Picked up these for my Game Room/Mancave to add some cool lighting. These lights are Awesome! The main light has tons of different color tones and brightness levels and the ring around the light has leds that can be separately controlled and customized through the app for many different colors and modes. The ring can be customized to be multiple different colors at one time which is really cool or can be a solid color and also has many different effects that the led ring can do. One important thing is these lights will not work properly if you run them with a dimmer switch, they need to be used with a regular on/off switch. That being said they are dimmable through the app though. If you want to add some cool lighting to any space these would look Awesome!

So easy to install. It is wifi you can change colors it is awesome. Wished I would have bought more. If you want something to change the views of your home office garage man cave or many other places to put. We are gonna use mine for the covered porch. Sitting out in the summer able to change colors for my mood so sweet. Such a great thing to have give it a look

I purchased these lights for my basement in Georgia, and the installation process was a breeze. Everything worked perfectly, with no issues during setup or configuration. I was able to integrate the lights with Alexa easily, and the electrical connection boxes were simple to configure. The Wi-Fi setup was smooth as well. The lights themselves are fantastic, offering a range of options from dimming to color changes, and even different lighting scenes. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of these lights.

However, after about a year, one of the four lights stopped staying connected to Wi-Fi. Despite resetting it multiple times (at least 20), the light just wouldnt reconnect. Unfortunately, my warranty had expired, but I decided to reach out to Lumary support to see if they could help. I got in touch with Jenny from their support team, and she was incredibly persistent in helping me troubleshoot the issue through several emails.

After about 5 or 6 exchanges, the issue still wasnt resolved, and I thought I was stuck with only three working lights. But then, Jenny went above and beyond to arrange a replacement for the faulty light. She worked with Lumary to send me a new unit, and I was able to get the full set of lights working again.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jenny for her exceptional customer service and persistence in resolving the issue. Im truly impressed with both the Lumary products and the support I received. Thank you, Lumary, and especially Jenny!
