These are decent lights. They have everything you need to retro-fit a regular spot. They pair easily and there are lots of configuration settings to make these whatever you like.
It doesn't actually need the Lumary App. It works with the others like Tuya Smart, which recognized the lamp and added it. For a certain variety of lights, they're all pretty much the same app, but with different names. I don't like having an app for every brand of lighting, so this works well.
The main "spotlight" is only white light, but the outside ring is RGB and has many modes (flashing, chasing, breathing, etc.).
These are very pricey for what you get, though. I suppose everything is going up these days, but at $162 for the 4-piece set, it's over $40 per light. The current price has come down to $125, but that might just be black Friday.
I've had some problems using these that can be very annoying. Sometimes they come on randomly when they're off. It happens when it loses contact with the WiFi router. It's the opposite of a failsafe, but I can see why they chose the lights to come on (full daylight bright) when it loses signal. If it turned off when it lost signal, that could be worse, and you might confuse it with a power outage.
I wish there was a "set it and forget it" mode and then I could use this without being connected to WiFi at all. But so far, I've found no way to do that.
That said, these are well made and high quality. Each light has its own retrofit connector that will fit into the standard socket. Or if you're feeling bold, you can wire them directly. You'll still need to wire it to a circuit with a switch in case it needs to be reset.
Overall, a decent set of lights, but at a much higher cost than other similar products. Four stars.
